Our Director of Quality and Compliance Sarah Kemp was carrying out Train the Trainer for some of our Management/Senior team members based in the North East last week.

The Train the Trainer consists of training on how to deliver the following:

Moving & Handling

Medication

Basic Life Support

 

The training also covers the completion of the workbooks which is vital to the trainees, trainees do not get their certificates without completion of these workbooks.

These team members are now able to carry out mandatory training within their own teams. This extra knowledge not only saves your business money, but provides the opportunity to get new carers fully trained and ready to support vulnerable people without the delays of having to wait for external trainers, meaning the turnaround of new carers being able to start work is improved.
